Shipping orders:
All orders will be shipped within 2 business days upon reciept of payment. Local pickup or delivery is available in the Comox Valley area. If you would like to pick or have your item delivered please choose your selected shipping method during checkout. Otherwise please select "display rates" to display Canada Post shipping rates and methods for your selection. All other orders shipped in Canada and the United States please select the shipping method that best suites your needs.
* We do our best at calculating shipping costs to you. Costs are calculated from Canada Post through our site upon purchasing your item. If we find the actual cost is less than what you have paid for, we will issue a refund in the amount of the difference*
If you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can return it at no charge within 7 days upon receiving the item through Canada Post. Simply add the words "Return to Sender" on your package and deposit it at a Canada Post retail outlet or in a street mailbox. A refund will be issued upon receiving the item back. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization please contact us first prior to mailing items.
Let's Go Caching is not responsible for damaged or lost orders during the shipping process on items that are calculated Free Shipping. These items are sent oversized letter mail through Canada Post at a big cost saving to you with no tracking numbers. However if you would like coverage on your shipped items and a tracking number on products that are calculated as Free Shipping, please select the appropriate Canada Post shipping method during checkout or contact us after your purchase prior to shipping.
Please note to our U.S customers, many of our items list Free Shipping In Canada. Upon the checkout process these items will not generate a shipping charge for you. The shipping charges may be calculated after your purchase in which we will contact you with the amount due. This allows for a more accurate shipping rate as costs are greater to ship across the border.
